NativeScript 3.0 compatibility

Hello. Could you prepare tns-i18n for the current version of NativeScript? Thank you in advance.

Compatibility with {N} 8.1

When using this plugin with Nativescript 8.1 it creates the following errors:

ERROR in ./node_modules/tns-i18n/index.js 2:18-40
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'application' in '/…/node_modules/tns-i18n'
 @ ./app/app.js 72:0-19

ERROR in ./node_modules/tns-i18n/index.js 3:21-40
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'platform' in '/…/node_modules/tns-i18n'
 @ ./app/app.js 72:0-19

This is due to the new structure.

Replacing the first lines in index.js from

var application = require("application");
var platformModule = require("platform");

var application = require("@nativescript/core/application");
var platformModule = require("@nativescript/core/platform");

resolves the problem
