recently a checkbox was added to the ticker request form to allow a user to consent to having their envelope art used in marketing materials..

this data does not propagate to admin views..

rearrange form layout to provide a large version of the requestor last name at the top of the form..

consider adding a row above the main header with the large version of the user last name..
name should be large
name should not be wrapped

As a user, I want to be able to look up how many tickets were sold, total, for any given event year.

It would be great if I could also break out total of minor tickets sold vs. adult tickets, but that's not part of what BMORG is asking for right now.

after creating a ticket request information in main table will be duplicated:

i can see that duplicate requests are being made to

leading to information in table being duplicated.

Add ability to remove one of the tickets from a secondary request as an admin

This happened to 17 requests in 2016.

i switched on test mode and created a ticket request

when switching off test mode a message displayed saying test requests would be destroyed

switching off test mode did not destroy my ticket request as anticipated

The create new request link is getting hidden on phones.

There are several people who are taking their request printing it then going into the system and replacing the names and printing a new request. Right now this is easy to miss in Data Entry. Make it more difficult to miss.

Make the first name always have to be their name and add text indicating on the first request received via mail will be processed. Duplicate request IDs will be returned.

Should all be the same php and js code with a query string determining the filter.

Lets change the API to set a default filter if none is provided..

Currently we are required to update javascripts each event year to provide the API with the current filter year (see js/index.js)
