Add Multi .Net Framework Support for Project so that the NuGet package will support newer and older Frameworks.

Currently the Function as a GetSubKeyValue but nothing to write to one.

ProcessExists(sProcessName As String, commandLineContains As String function is not filtering by commandLine properly

Update code to standard and comments as needed

It checks to see if a directory exists or not before creating, if it exists then it skips otherwise it will try to create it. The exist part is coming back true when the directory doesn't exist.

It was init designed to look through services, need to make it a little more flexible.

muget.org had an issue with the recent package, update and fix unknown issue, possible .net issue.

Create help/about document for library either pdf or chm

Currently there are projects for .net 4 and 4.5 and the main is 4.71, but need to refactor the existing 4.x projects, and add 4.8 and net 5 as an option in the nugget package

Create Unit Tests for Each Class

Make the get command a little more flexible with the arguments that are being passed to it, give the ability to optionally push arguments to it

Add Misc Functions that is in VB.Net but is not in c#.

Misspelling in name

If there is an exception it is not bring pushed out to the main function that is calling it and it will be hard to tell what the actual error was

There are still some functions that are missing for functions that are in VB.net but are not in c#. Update As needed.
