on file load determine if file is in rails directory
I'll probably have to go up the parent directory until I find ./bin/rails. Then I'll determine this directory to be the rails root and set that as a buffer variable. I can reuse the buffer variable in my grep code.
need to actually use b:rails_root
it is currently not being used when grepping.
make grep for method definitions better
Methods are not always defined with def.
I need to look at:
- scopes
- define_method
- alias_method
- alias_attribute
move grep rails stuff from my .vim/plugin dir
