If you can't find an unclaimed dataset from WHO that has the "x xxx [xxx - xx xxx]" format, just pick one that you like and include whatever code you need for basic cleaning. However, be sure to include, in your version of the repo, the file with the functions for problem 1, whether or not you will be applying them to clean and reformat the dataset that you've picked.
