These changes:

The battery message now says "Full" instead of "100%" and the charging message disappears when appropriate

I need to connect to a bluetooth device, and I would normally open the taskbox, click on bluetooth, and pair with my device. This entire window is gone. I can't pair my bluetooth device. Is there a workaround? (I get that it isn't your problem but kiosk, but could you all make a button on the home page that requests to pair with bluetooth devices?)

I encountered this bug when I tried to log in to a website that said "grab my name from", with a popup for a google sign-in. I already added 2 accounts, and I had to select an account to grab my name. The popup appeared for a little time, (maybe one screen tick) before it went away. Maybe always open links in the browser instead of creating a new window)

for people who use the system day/month/year (like me cause I am australian) put in an option in the skivox menu to use that system

It would be nice if we had shortcuts to apps, like on the chrome homepage. Also, I have noticed that chrome://flags options don't work, I turned on Chrome Refresh 2023 but it does not work. Also about skebstore, it seems to not be able to download chrome theme extensions. Also, is there a way to edit chrome policies on Skiovox browsers? It could help with unblocking google.com and allowing you to add a google account.

would it be possible to open a completely isolated tab with the blocker extensions enabled (like the first tab you see when you execute skiovox)? We have securly, and my teacher is a power-hungry goblin and will call IT in for literally anything relating to my securly classroom being marked as "offline."

I still can't access sites if they give me the "your connection is not private" popup without an option to continue, which is caused by the school's network. The Skiovox PDF says that "You can use it [the chrome webstore] to install VPN extensions that bypass your school’s internet filtering." What kind of VPN extensions might this include?

idk if this is fixable but if you are using any proxy on the chrome web store, then you get a popup that minimizes your chrome window after about 10-15 minutes. is there a way to prevent this popup or prevent the window from being force minimized? (this might also close the window, i dont know for sure)

We should be able to have multiple accounts for switching. Like desks, but with different accounts. One for personal, One for school (school should have the school provide extensions.)

it's useful because, if the school extensions came back on one desk, you can still use skiovox in school and then the teachers/people wont question why your chromebook doesn't have ____ extension. When you want to go back to your other desk, switch back. Don't think this can be implemented, but it would really be overpowered :)

Note: I'm using the 2B exploit for skiovox.

since there are a lot of websites that open an external window to sign in with google, you can't access the window for the google sign in. is there any way that you guys could fix this?

I think we should open the discussion channel so we can discuss things like new features, and good extensions to install. A lot of utility could arise from this change.

Cannot sign up for google accounts on Sxiovox.

im not sure how limited extensions are, but if you can, please add sliders or something for sound and brightness, you can technically still use sound and brightness already but its hard to tell where your volume/brightness is at. this would be really cool.

and what would be even cooler would be bluetooth and wifi, your kinda just stuck with what you have for those

The window dragger is broken it just highlights some text, im using 2C. Also, you could add an input field to add dimensions that you can adjust the window size.

There are a lot of chrome OS url's such as calculator.apps.chrome and chrome://camera-app/views/main.html to access chrome apps not normally accessible via this exploit. You should also a link to an HTML to go to your school Google Window where all your school extensions so you don't have to redo the exploit. Normally I would have to go to file manager and go to the HTML in the Extensions New-tab folder in main.html. You could also make it look better by putting the icons for personalization, File manager, etc below the time. You could make the Skiovox Helper Title bigger by putting it above the time.

Is there any way to implement Find as Ctrl+F into SH, or bookmarking as Ctrl+D? Saving as Ctrl+S? There are quite a few keyboard shortcuts that I very commonly use, and, since I've never made an extension, I'm not even sure if you can implement these, but it would be very nice. Similarly, I'm not sure if it's possible, but it would be really nice to be able to right click as right now you can only right click on text. It's been this way for a while, but I didn't want to be a nuisance as I feel I've commonly been lol. Thank you in advance!

Upon opening the extracted files using the 2B method, I'm met with the following error message that prevents the file from opening:

Hi, In recent weeks I have made improvements to this as a fork, which you can find at the github repo, and I was wondering if I could be a collaborator of this project as I was able to update some things with it. Some of those things include:

• Updated battery display code (OC credits for it go to @Ant-Throw-Pology in #35 )
• Modernizing imports for the New Tab page so that there is no need for the clunky {} around what you want to import
• ...and a lot more

The latest release of it is still a WIP, but other than that I feel that i would be a great addition to the team

Can you add a shortcut like CTRL+SHIFT+F to toggle fullscreen?

Msot of the time you use this it will go like :site could not be reached" and "Google.com took to long to respond" can you fix this?

I tried step 2 C and clicked escape twice and enter once within 4 seconds, but it did not do anything. So I moved on to the next step, 2 C, and opened Chromevox and clicked on one of the links in the resources. But they redirected me to the "Network Unavailable" screen. I, then, decided to try to click on each of the 3 links, but they all took me to the "Network Unavailable" screen. Please fix or create a new step.

Not sure when, but skiovox's exploit method has been flagged as an official bug. Chrome devs are working to fix this, so enjoy skiovox while you can. I advise everyone to start using the caub anti autoupdate so that skiovox never gets patched. LOOK AT THE TN DISCORD FOR MORE INFO.

My friend showed me this, we are both using TestNav on the same model of Chromebook and it works fjne for him. I got to step 3 following 2A (back button), but when I do step 3 and go to chrome://network/select all i see under Network Select is a button reading "Render Network Select". On click it does nothing, I did some testing and WiFi needs to be enabled for it to do anything.

Please add the CTRL+L keyboard shortcut to the shortcuts page, I can't use it :(

i know how to set up auto-update. i just want people's recommendations on how to host this and whether its worth it. skiovox.com seems reasonable enough.

however signing the extension and editing the xml file manually would be a crap ton of work. also i lost the private key so we'd need a new id.

2c still works on v119

i had this problem lately where i connect my earbuds but they disconnect sometimes, so i go to bluetooth pairing from the extension, but it only lets me pair new devices and not known devices so I have to sign into my school device, forget the earbuds, and reopen skiovox.
i also have this problem where i cant open multiple windows (i used the 2c step) but i saw this script part where it added a multi window feature for step 2b and step 2c people but idk how it works or if its just broken

Is it possible to implement a screenshot feature with a shortcut? It would be great if there was a feature that doesn't require installing a whole extension just to screenshot or take a screen recording. (if you can, is it also possible to automatically copy the screenshot you just took into the clipboard, just like in the normal chromeos)

In the Skiovox exploit you cannot view your bookmarked pages. I have been using Skiovox and noticed that you can not veiw your bookmarks. Could you pls fix in the update?

i guess the main difference is that new windows persist. does anyone know an elegant way to do this?

Having a way to change the color of the text on the newtab page would help make the customization aspect feel more fleshed out

I can't do 2A or 2B for some reason. 2C is the only method working. I can't actually test this on my computer anymore as it is on 105 and fakemurked, but I tested on my friends computer and it seems that 2C is the only one that works. And the skiovox helper extension is not working. If there is any way to getting 2A, that would be great as I could open multiple windows.
