It's not working for msg.12

When trying to extract some msg 22 from another game, I got this error:

Which ones are the .bat commands, im trying some and all i get is:

Sorry.I mixed it with another app with almost same name.

I'm translating the game to my native language from the ground up, since there were a few patches, and the tool is perfect for the job. But I stumbled upon this error. (provided the screenshot)

This file: "mc_mes_main_item_caption_misc.msg.22"... Capcom updated the text within the file to have 12 lines of text, but the tool expects 8.

That file was updated to be in conjuction with Seperate Ways DLC (a few lines for Ada in the text file mentioned above)
