Missing words in index, is it getting dropped from parser?

Change command inputs to use slash-command structure. Should be able to run multiple instances of the bot

Currently, the parser file configs are tightly coupled in code. Should be configurable in the JSON files so that I can drop in any custom parser splitting behavior.

When inputing a paging emoji "➡️", it stays in between pages. I want to clear it so that the user can keep hitting next until the page they want is loaded
