File not found while Docker building image

RUN ~/.dotfiles/app_install.sh in Dockerfile caused this Error:

Are you meaning RUN ~/.dotfiles/app_install.sh or something else?

P.S. RUN ~/.dotfiles/app_install.sh is good to me. 😆
