Which should be the license of this library? GPL, MIT, "unlicensed"?

Also, the library (when bundled) includes a text header, which currently looks as follows:

@danjenkins, this is something I should ask to the callstats team, do we have a channel or contact for it?:

One of the wrtcFuncName is iceConnectionFailure, which means "Ice connection failure detected by the application".

Since we provide callstats with the peerconnection, I understand that the callstats library already adds its own iceconnectionstatechange event into the peerconnection and checks whether pc.iceConnectionState === "failed", so we don't need to do the same nor call reportError() in that case. Is that right?
