Listeners are never removed

This library adds document listeners, but never removes them or provides any hooks for removing them. It would be great to have the functionality making it more suitable for an SPA.

Padding around link

Currently you have to be super accurate with the cursor: would be great if the library pretended there was some padding around the link so futurelink is just as effective with smaller links as it is with bigger links
