Once the prototype of the game and sound engine is completed a set of
sounds will be needed to test out how music will work in the game - this
task is to complete a set of sounds for all events in the art deco world of
the game.

- Create a basic prototype of the game including all the basic events, game
states, etc.
- Create a basic sound engine for the game
- Graphics can wait, we only want the game mechanics and possibility for
sounds at this point

This doesn't even require the game to get done - we need music for the
following:

a) background music when the game menu is displayed
b) event sound/music when a new menu item is highlighted
c) event sound/music when a menu item is selected

a) should provide a constant background piece while b) and c) will
contribute to a) as the user moves between menu items and selects them.

I leave the overall music genre and other elements in your hands - this has
nothing to do with any particular level, think of it as a more unifying
piece, it is what the user will hear anytime they start the game (i.e., go
to the main menu).
