Setup Dockerhub account for CalTekNet to support building a CI/CD pipeline for the docker images here

In the interim for production (and as a nice to have for local development) let's get a central nginx stack going which proxies the stacks (keeping us from having a complicated NGINX and manual port management setup)

Once we have the stacks running in kubernetes, this will only be used as an option for local development and k8s will be used in production.

Setup build for docker images to include:

• Security testing
• Build
• Push to DockerHub
  ... (Anything else that is thought about to add, but can iterate on this and add to it later)

We need a docker-compose stack for OpenLDAP

Requirements

• OpenLDAP able to run
• Data persistence available
• Created with new org, groups, etc via env vars
• Stretch Goal: SSL configurable (Let's Encrypt possible?)

Deliverables

• Markdown documentation
• docker-compose file

We shouldn't run our images as root, as such, this task is to start to convert the ones in this repository to rootless images.
