The readme needs to have come background information for the code and what the purpose of the repo is. Suggested items to include.

1. Background and context
2. Installation instructions for Julia
3. How to run the code and inspects the results
4. How to modify parameters to change the domain size and the number of iterations

Refactor the main loop so that the GPU path can be evaluated against a CPU run to check for correctness.

We should have a global flag TEST which would run the CPU reference if defined and compare the two outputs.

The code requires the Julia package "CUDA" and some others. e.g.

Pkg.add("CairoMakie")

Julia has project.toml support so this should be configured at some stage.
