ValueError: The 'process_model' package was not installed in a way that PackageLoader understands.

It turns out this is Jinja's way of saying the package maintainer has not included the templates directory in the package.

Note that installing with pip install -e process_model/ does work because that just uses the existing directory structure.

In /process_model/process_model/templates/associate_tensors.F90 the Tensor type is incorrectly set as TF_FLOAT, rather than using the correct value.

I suggest adding topics such as tensorflow, fortran in the About section at https://github.com/Cambridge-ICCS/process_model.
