There are a few TODOs for this.

Especially in test code. Would be nice to not have any more done()s.

Set stuff like site title

How do things redirect? Test rending of error pages? Etc, etc.

• Use classes
• Change all vars to consts or lets
• Change all anonymous functions to () => {}

Necessary for a horizontally-scalable 12-factor app.

mongoose.disconnect() and mongoose.connection.close() both don't seem to work.

Once that's fixed, we can remove the check in app.start() to make sure that mongoose isn't already connected.

Could use /login?redirect=/write. Could also store it in the session: req.session.redirectUrl.

Morgan can do this automatically, but I'd rather do it with bunyan.
