Nightly builds stop after 60 days of inactivity in this repository

When there are no changes in this repository for 60 days, Github disables the workflow, assuming that the project is inactive.

The workflows still need to run even though there are no changes in this repository. The actual source code for the builds exist on different repositories which are active.
