Support kernel-mode dump detection in crashtec.checker

Kernel-mode sumps should be treated in a different way, than user-mode dumps. Difference may be in using tools, debuggers, job sequence and so on. Think about introducing a new kind of indicator (dump mode: {user, kernel}) or re-using platform field.
