How long does it take for changes in Voyager to display in VuFind2+ ? about vufind HOT 1 CLOSED

As of May 31, 2016, bib record processing is as follows:

1. Voyager exports begin nightly at 11:55pm.
2. XC OAI loads the export files starting at 3am. These are fast and should finish before XC MST starts at 4am.
3. XC MST harvests files from XC OAI starting at 4am. Web service http://xc-mst.carli.illinois.edu:8080/last_update.txt shows when XC MST finishes, which depends on how heavy the record load is.
4. VuFind3 OAI Harvester uses this web service to know when XC MST has finished, and then VuFind3 OAI Harvester starts harvesting from XC MST.
5. Once VuFind3 OAI Harvester is done harvesting from XC MST, the records are loaded into VuFind3 Solr. This loading is typically completed between 6am-8am daily, except on Sundays when the Solr index is optimized and can take an additional hour or so to complete.
