This is from roots, but I assume "apology" is responsible for the error pages. The text seems to be hidden because of the float: left applied to h1. Also, the error page doesn't tell me what the error code is, which is kinda important because "Something went wrong : (" doesn't tell me where I need to start debugging until I open the chrome dev tools and reload the page.

In this case the error is just a 404 (because that seems to be the only error we have a page for), but a red "X" could easily represent any 4xx-5xx class error.
