Still cant get it to work..

I still cant get it to work.. The status bar is the thing on the very bottom of the window right?

When I try install it from github it takes about 2 minutes to load the plugin when you press apply and then it either crashes or just doesnt do anything at all.

I really dont know what im doing wrong.
Im using: Windows 10, latest version of deluge.

Plugin has no web ui

Getting Plugin has no web ui in logs when trying to enable this plugin.

Setup:

Deluge 1.3
Python 2.7
OS: Ubuntu 15.10

External IP: Awaiting IP

I have the message Awaiting IP always showing. Running Raspbian (Debian Jessie)

Client: 1.3.13.dev0
Server: 1.3.10

libtorrent: 0.16.18.0
I've tried rebooting.

Tried when connecting through VPN and without.
