The project to be developed in this dissertation is about a mobile application that integrates a social network for Android platform, to share pictures between users in private groups in an easy form. This task must be developed using a simple, friendly and easily understanding interface. Using this app, users will be able to interact with other users to create shared albums. Furthermore, the user is able to add and remove friends, like and comment pictures or register automatically using Facebook, Twitter or other social network accounts. Currently, there are a lot of social networks that offer the opportunity to share pictures, but they are focused to share them with all users of the social network. It is noteworthy that the project was developed with modern technology. Android is nowadays one of the operating systems that lead the market world-wide.
