As part of the install process, the two routes are not created. so "/directory" fails to be recognized as a valid url. Should there be a routes table? I can see the same routes code has in other plugins but has been commented out.

I copied the plugins in the folder ./custom/plugins and clicked on run installer.
The instalation was succesfull for all 11 plugins but at the plugin Plugins ->E-Mail Piping this error occurred.

I'm green, go easy on me.

On a new user's first login, we are getting a bad redirect... Upon login the member gets directed to yoursite.com/manage&first_login=1

I can't find anything in either the member options or the code to just have the site dump them into yoursite.com/manage without the &first_login=1 variable...

Plugin options in mailgun are not getting displayed. I have zenbership setup. I followed all the steps but I dont see the plugin options when i click on the plugin.

How do you remove plugins? I have install all of the folder plugins and now I have double heather and footers.
