I had a lot of trouble getting this to run as there are three major bugs.

1. The $NewPassword variable is defined on line 34, however the code never uses this variable and refers instead to $password. My solution was to rename the NewPassword variable to $password

2. On line 89, the encode_password routine is passed $_GET['password'] which would retrieve the password from the URL params, yet the instructions for use do not tell us to specify a password in the URL. My correction was to change this line to: $admin_pass_encoded = $db->encode_password($password, $admin_pass_salt);

3. Line 85 checks to see if a URL param named "reset" is set to 1. The instructions for use do not include any reference to this param. Fix was to append "?reset=1" to the URL eg: http://mysite.com/zenbership/admin/admin_reset_password.php?reset=1
