What's for Dinner?

Overview

This solo project was completed as a part of the Turing Front End Development program. The goal of the project was to achieve various aspects of functionality within a site answering the question: What's for dinner?

Functional Goals:

  • Write HTML and CSS to match a provided comp.
  • When selecting from a list and clicking the 'Let's Cook! button, the site will suggest a random dish for the user, based on the category selected.
  • A 'clear' button will set the view back to default, so that the user may select a new dish.
  • A user is unable to use the buttons unless an option is made.

To use locally:

  • Clone the repository to your local machine
  • cd into the directory
  • Run the command open index.html
