Brain/MINDS Digital Marmoset Brain Atlas Viewer

Brain/MINDS Digital Marmoset Brain Atlas Viewer made using Unity engine for multi-platform support.

Currently being used in Brain/MINDS data portal: https://dataportal.brainminds.jp/

This is a Unity project that was tested and updated using Unity version 2022.1.16f1.

Please open the folder using Unity and select the BrainMindsAtlas scene under Assets/Scenes/ folder, to run the viewer, press the play button on the top of the Unity editor.

C# scripts can be found under Assets/Resources/.

3D Models of the atlas can be found under Assets/Atlas_Models/.
