Feature: Get a random vertex about cayley HOT 2 CLOSED

Being able to get random results from a path / iterator would be nice. In my case, multiple workers get elements one by one from the database, lock the resource and do things with them. Because they are selected in the same order on each worker, the workers are likely to get the same one, even if there are a lot of them and try to lock it at the same time.

A temporary application-side workaround is to select few and return a random.
