Rewrite of CCMenu with SwiftUI

CCMenu displays the build status of projects on a continuous integration server as an item in the Mac's menu bar. It started as part of the CruiseControl project that built the first continuous integration server.

(At least) in Jenkins builds can be stopped/aborted midway. The current visualization maps them to "failed" which isn't really the same.
The sort ordering of the menu item is aligned with the Pipeline view. I'd prefer to have the items sorted by status severity + last build date. Any plans to do this or do I really have to learn Swift (god forbid ;-)?
CCMenu2 requires Big Sur but the machine pool has been closed "temporarily"... five months ago. See: actions/runner-images#2486. This can only be fixed by Github.
