Dragging the phase slider all the way to the right will cause the planet to snap back to the initial part of its track. It probably shouldn't do that since the phase slider shows just a subset of the whole cycle. (This behavior is in the Flash simulator, so maybe it was copied intentionally.)

The y-axis scale on the flux plot jerks around as parameters are changed when simulated measurements are shown. To fix, set the margin to be some constant times the noise. Some measurements will be cut-off, but if it's only a few (e.g. <5%) it won't matter.

A preset name stays displayed in the dropdown menu even after a property has changed (so that the simulated system is no longer identical to the preset). Is this a problem? In the Flash simulator a "set" button was used. Another idea is to have the dropdown menu go back to showing "--" when the preset is no longer in force.
