  1. Tool development for the community - Pruno, shiv has started
  2. More frameworks / more dynamic work - Some progress, would like to see more
  3. Standardize dev & deployment pipeline - Beginning to, found service we will adopt, built part of the tools we will use.
  4. Mobile - No progress in-house
  5. Explore new Technologies - Dipped toes in the water

On to Q1 2015

  1. iOS roadmap - This quarter, we are building a weather app internally that runs off of Yahoo Weather's API. -
