The project I am working on is in a completely isolated network and therefore our browsers are unable to resolve the external URLs for:

Is there any way to embed these resources in the plugin so that we can enjoy the wonder of your awesome plugin?

I have Bamboo set to allow anonymous access to view builds (that allow it), but the CD Pipeline page always requires a login - can you provide an option for anonymous access to this view?

I noticed that the Pipeline Plugin uses a linked JIRA application (if one exists) to find the Gravatar, rather than Gravatar directly. This causes problems if you're not using JIRA, or of your JIRA instance won't resolve gravatar images via the URL http://jira-server/secure/useravatar?ownerId=.

Can you resolve Gravatars directly via Gravatar, using the email addess of the Bamboo user?

I'd love the ability to click to start manual stages from the pipeline view.

Love the plugin.

Would be great to have the ability to see a parent and a child plan as one pipeline.

Could you please release new version of plugin for Bamboo 5.15.x and push this to marketplace?

Pipeline throws an error on the Chrome console:

[blocked] The page at 'https://bamboo.vodori.com/plugins/servlet/cdpipeline?search=Dan%2520Rumney' was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from 'http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/zeroclipboard/1.3.5/ZeroClipboard.min.js': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

Since this can't be loaded, the front end later chokes because ZeroClipboard is not defined.
