magicdateball's Issues

Add CSS Animations

  1. Add a "Loading App" circular progress component to be displayed when the page loads initially. After a set timeout of 2 seconds, it should fade in the actual app. The reason for this is to give the page time to load in the external font, images, and icons.

  2. The Ball should rotate in a circle while results are being pulled from the server (after submitting the form and before the results are displayed; may need to add a setTimeout to make the results take about 3-5 seconds so the animation appear smooth)

  3. Add a fade in animation when the result pops up and the ball disappears.

Change the Price slider to a range instead of a single value.

Right now, the Price slider only accepts a single value, which means that if you choose $$$$, you are actually choosing the prices $ through $$$$ instead of just $$$$. Currently, there is no way to choose a range of prices, such as $$ through $$$$.

Change the slider so that it accepts a range. An example of this is in the Vuetify docs at the following link: https://vuetifyjs.com/en/components/sliders#sliders

Be aware that when changing the slider, the values the API must accept are a single number, 1-4 (i.e. 3) or a comma delimited set of numbers, 1-4 (i.e. 2-4)

Add Yelp branding based on their Display Requirements

Yelp Display Requirements:
https://www.yelp.com/developers/display_requirements

  1. The stars have to be changed to Yelp's star branding and number of reviews.
  2. Reviews must say "Based on _ Reviews" instead of just showing the number in parenthesis.
  3. The Yelp logo must be placed in the result with a link to the business' page on Yelp. A "" section will need to be created below the "" in the result card. The logo will go inside the card actions section, right aligned.
