Plan: Implement some of the image compositing techniques used in current literature (WELD, Hansen et al., Best Available Pixel (BAP), Zhe Zhu's, etc.) in QGIS plugin.

Traditional remote sensing methods of image classification or multi-date change detection rely on having as close to cloud-free data as is possible. Often this means users will need to create image composites, but this technique can be time consuming and difficult to accomplish. The opening of the Landsat archive makes possible the use of several to many images for a compositing approach to generate the "best available pixel" for a year or grouping of years. The goal of this plugin is to make image compositing approachable by reducing the complexity of these algorithms to a few button clicks.
