In the generated re_ runspecs, the lookuptableflags tag should use the rd_ scenarioid, not re_.

From runspecs_2016v2_CY2016_sample re_01049_2016_1_t5_105.mrs:

Currently generated runspec RE_06001_2011_1_T10_100_mrs.xml:

<lookuptableflags scenarioid="RE_06001_2011_1_T10_100" truncateoutput="true" truncateactivity="true" truncatebaserates="true"/>

This is due to the moves2smkEF.pl processing using MOVESScenarioID as a filter in the queries:

...
AND MOVESScenarioID LIKE 'rd_%'
...

Does this method also work for the setup of MOVES on a cluster environment that allows for parallel computing?

The latest generated runspecs include the nonoxadj_moves3 database, which can be downloaded from https://gaftp.epa.gov/Air/emismod/MOVES3/other_inputs/nonoxadj_moves3.zip

When running moves2smkEF.pl, include the command-line option "--moves_adjusted_nox N" so that the emission factor files have the "HUMIDITY_ADJUSTED_NOX N" header.

Updates needed to match runspecs used in 2016v2 platform

Vehicles

• rename Intercity Bus to Other Buses
• add Gasoline (1) Other Buses (41)
• add CNG (3) vehicles (41, 43, 51, 52, 53, 54, 61)
• add Electricity (9) passenger vehicles (21, 31, 32)
• remove Ethanol (5) non-passenger vehicles (11, 41+)

Pollutants

• remove MTBE (22)
• rename CB6 Mechanism (1500) to CB6CMAQ Mechanism
• add CB6AE7 Mechanism (2500)

Rate-per-distance restructuring

• move evaporative and refueling processes (11, 12, 13, 18, 19) into separate RE_ files
• add road type Off-Network (1) to original RD_ files
• remove refueling processes (18, 19) from rate-per-vehicle files [no Off-Network refueling emissions calculated]

Misc

• change runspec version tag to "MOVES3.0.0"
