ABAP Quick Fix Additions for S4 Conversion Projects.

Features

Convert select single into select up to 1 rows with endselect:

Convert old SQL style select single into new style using '@' and commas in lists

Convert old SQL style select / endselect or select into table into new style using '@' and commas in lists
