Add plugin dependencies on the VST3 plugin locations

Unfortunately there is no API for getting that from the VST3 SDK, so we need to do that ourselves. The "VST 3 Locations / Format" section in the docs lists all the locations for the 3 supported platforms.

Without this, the GStreamer registry has to be manually rebuilt (by deleting it and restarting the application) whenever new VST3 plugins are added or removed.
