How we plan to integrate with the PMO lifecycle. Specifically how will testing (deep dives, prototypes, usability) be adding into the agile and PMO workflows as to not add significant time delays and confusion.

Are we going to standardize documentation? Different teams document their code (both in GitHub and using internal document stores) to different degrees of detail. Are we going to have a "standard" that we'll ask people to try to meet?

Can we develop an Agile-at-a-glance targeted for business owners and sponsors that might be new to CFPB and aren't familiar with the process. Something like a short "comic strip" to explain the major concepts and workflows would be very helpful!
