The repository is organized using the following architecture:

• data:
  • raw: the raw data used in the analysis
  • processed: cleaned data used in the analysis
  • ... scripts for cleaning and exporting the raw data
• code: scripts for conducting the analysis and building tables and figures
  • figures: scripts in this folder will recreate the figures in the paper
  • run_model: scripts in this folder will run the MSE and process the results
  • figures_presentations: can be ignored by the public; this is for internal use only
  • old_effort_dyanmics: can be ignored by the public; this is old work
• output: model outpus
  • set1-set5: can be ignored by the public; they are from old versions of the model
  • set6: these are the final results used for the published manuscript
• tables: tables with analysis results
• figures: figures with analysis results
• references: key references related to project
