I just tried to add the myStrom Wifi Button+, but can't it add it as a device to Homey.
I have installed the button in the myStrom app and have it in the same Wifi as Homey, but every time I try to install it in Homey (tried for a couple of hours now), it pretty much instantly shows me the "No new devices have been found." message.
Is there anything I am doing wrong or is this a known issue?

Since few weeks, I have some problem with mystrom devices. My devices are noticed offline but with the mystrom app (official), I’m able to switch on/off. When I reboot my homey the device mystrom are working for few minuts but after they are offline (Device error ETIMEDOUT)

Homey version : Homey Pro 2019 v8.1.6
Mystrom app : v1.2.6

Have you any idea what’s the problem ?

ich habe gestern über die Homey App einen Diagnostik File zugesendet. Darauf kam dann die Rückfrage ob Version 1 oder 2.

Wo kann ich das sehen? Der Switch wurde jetzt vor 2 Wochen bei Amazon erworben. Ich denke also es ist die Neueste Version. Firmware ist laut App 4.0.4

Bei dem Versiuch des Hinzufügens sieht man im Prozess ein kurzes Zwischenbild und dann spring das direkt um auf "Es wurden keine Geräte gefunden". Siehe Video.

Hi! I just bought a homey and tried to register my devices to it. The Switches worked as expected. The problems are my Bulb, Wifi Button and Wifi Button plus. I can't register either of those. I made myself a new mystrom Account and registered all devices new. Could you please help me with my problem? :)

Hello There

I tried the Power by the Hour app from the Homey store and it shows the Fibaro Devices but not the MyStrom Adapter. I asked the developer if they can be integrated or what might be the reason for them not showing up.
The developer told me the following:
"Any app that has a meter_power capability should appear when trying to pair. Ask the developer if he has this capability."

So I am not familiar with that topic, but I thought I post the question here and hopefully it is possible to add that "flag/option" to the app.

Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob ich mit dem Problem bei dir richtig bin.
Ich habe einen neuen Flow mit einem neuen Wifi Switch erstellt der aufgrund Temperaturänderung reagieren soll.
Beim Testen des Flows wird die Temperatur nicht abgefragt und der Test läuft leer durch.
Spannenderweise funktioniert ein alter Flow mit einem anderen Wifi Switch weiterhin korrekt und fragt die Temperatur ab.
wenn ich einen neuen Flow mit dem alten Wifi Switch erstelle, wird die Temperatur ebenfalls nicht abgefragt.
Wo könnte das Problem liegen? App, Homey?
Die App habe ich bereits mal restartet

I have a Problem since several months with my WiFi Switches.
Almost every 2 days my Switches going offline and a exclamation mark appears
with the response error: ECONNREFUSED.

Then i have to delete the switches, restart the app and add them agian.
The switches works without any problems with the original myStrom-App.

Hello There

I had 3 plugs added in homey for a long time and always worked perfectly.
I bought 6new plugs Andries to add them all new to honey, which worked to add them but only 1 wasshowingasconnected.the others where all offline.
Now 8 reinstalled the app and try to add the plugs again but always get a timeout and homey cannot find any plugs
