Only if absolutly neccesary i would save creditcard informations, in this case i would

• still not save the ccv
• hide the full creditcard number by only showing the last 4 numbers
• making access to the data only possible by the payment server / script
• considering hashing the data and have the keys in a secured place
• internal access (e.g. for internships) should be limited
