This needs to be done after mysql includes merged pull request

POST /messages - post a new message
GET /messages - read mailbox
GET /messages/:id - get message detail
PUT /messages/:id - up an message
DELETE /messages/:id - remove an message / remove message from mailbox

Implement route: PUT /users/:id/avatar as a endpoint for uploading avatar.

Implement route: GET /avatars/:id, GET /avatars?[ids] as an endpoint for retrieving user avatars.

Use https://github.com/felixge/node-formidable to handle file uploads

POST /messages/:id/comments

• A cell broadcasts messages add to it to its neighbors
• A mailbox subscribes a cell (select by location) when the mailbox is online
• A cell divides into four subcells when number of subscribers exceeds a threshold
• A cell dies (replaces by its parent cell) when number of subscribers are below a threshold
• When a cell dies its subscribers should resubscribe its parent
