C4DExporter: Lh Rh conversion.
I'll put that also in a PR but in the meantime here's my version of the left/right hand conversion. I believe that it is correct:

glTF: Material not loaded properly.
Here's a really basic scene that has some issues with material parsing. There's 5 cubes and 5 materials, but once loaded by gltf::File, it appears that only one of the 5 materials get assigned to the last mesh.

Is there an easy way to append a bitmap buffer instead of a file path? Having this would allow to export pretty much any material from Cinema4D including procedural ones or substance designer materials.
I have the material bitmap rendering code ready, so if someone can point me in the right direction I could easily add this feature.
gltf:: Cinema4D Diffusion channel != Diffuse Color
This is a bit confusing but C4D's diffusion has nothing to do with the diffuse color. It is quite different and often used to add an ambient occlusion map to a material.
