There should be a global keyboard shortcut to activate/deactivate Purify. Furthermore, there should be more keyboard shortcuts to navigate the Purify article reader.

Need to add parsing logic to extract the "Next Page" links, and display their contents in the same view.

Note: There are some existing standards that might simplify the parsing. E.g. Opera's fast-forward standard:

The content scripts are not injected immediately when the addon is installed, only when a new page is loaded or an old page is refreshed. To fix this, the addon needs to inject the scripts manually in that case. See this answer on StackOveflow for more info.

Summary: Use chrome.tab.executeScript to run the scripts, instead of the manifest. This also has the bonus of not running it on every page regardless of being used or not.

Root cause: On some news sites, the first paragraph is in a different container than the rest of the paragraphs.

Maybe an option can be added to remove images...
