Add the ability to use build-tools via CLI:

• Add command line support, so that builds could be executed in headless Unity.
• Make the interface dead-simple, it should rely on BuildConfiguration assets created in the project:
  • Perhaps specifying the name of an asset would be enough?
• Update documentation.

Currently only Build Targets enable multiple builds per config:

• Make it so that each build action would be a build step or a "plugin", sorta like GitHub actions. Do this via Scriptable Objects or simple Serializable classes.
• Update documentation.

When the build is being compressed, it is not clear whats the current status as Unity just shows a generic loading bar. Make it so that the compression progress/status is somehow shown (if possible).
