Disable 'trusted' in favor of setting the repo key

Rather than using trusted, we should use key node['apt-chef']['gpg']. This ensures the package and repo signatures are respected. If for some reason this doesn't bode for Chef Software internally, it should default to using signed repos and packages with optional attribute to force trusted instead.

apt-chef doesn't understand ubuntu xenial

Scenario:

I'm trying to override the supported_codenames so that the logic for checking the lsb (values from lsb_release -a) will work.

The current list is very out-of-date and should be updated to include xenial.

Steps to Reproduce:

I expected to be able to change the supported_codenames attribute.

Expected Result:

I expected apt-chef to pick the correct codename for the sources_list.

Actual Result:

It always picks lucid.
