Add Page Support in `switchToProfile` Event

Plugins can now switch to a specific page when changing profiles using switchToProfile.

Add `controller` Property to `willAppear` & `willDisappear` Events

Stream Deck now provides the controller type in the willAppear and willDisappear events. The controller property can have values Keypad or Encoder.

Add Support for Deep Linking

Plugins can now receive events via a deeplink passed through by Stream Deck using the didReceiveDeepLink event.

Add `setTriggerDescription` Event

Plugins can now send the setTriggerDescription event to display information in the property inspector for Encoders.
