Hello, Visual Studio 2022 cannot open source file ioringapi.h.

Building the solution yields two unresolvable errors.

'IORING_VERSION_3': undeclared identifier
'FILE_WRITE_FLAGS_NONE': undeclared identifier

I don't see these defined/declared anywhere. Are they missing or intentionally left out perhaps?

Got this two errors while trying to launch the .exe on my Windows 11 21H2 22621.525 :

Translation is : "System error - Unable to execute the code because <XXXX.dll> cannot be found. The reinstallation of the program may fix this problem."

May I ask what does the following line of code mean: ArbitraryKernelWrite0x1((char*)&pIoRing->RegBuffers + 0x3)? What is the purpose of assigning 1 to the position at offset 3 of RegBuffers? Thank you.
