This should really be an epic that tickets are added to for each set of recipes.

Add precommit hooks for go fmt and anything else that makes sense.

First pass at README was done while drowsy, revisit it when words make sense.

Once a complete list of ingredients is generated, tool should check to see if any duplicate entries for ingredients exist. If they do, then they should be merge into a single line in the ingredient map.

The recipe name comparison should strip spaces and use to lower to account for capitalization and whitespace issues.
