This is created in R markdown. R is one of the main modern data sciences languages, and a useful tool for you to learn if you persue any form of data anlaysis, statistical or machine learning modelling or similar approaches.

It is written using the R package xaringan which breaks up slides using: —

You can see the code used to generate the slides, as well as the slides themselves, in this repository. Styling is controlled by a CSS file, the way websites do it, if you are interested.
