Job Overview:
The Host is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests by efficiently seating and managing the flow of the dining room. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a high level of customer service and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them with seating arrangements
Manage the waitlist and ensure a smooth flow of guests to available tables
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have
Keep the dining room clean, organized, and well-stocked
Work with the service team to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience
Respond to guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Perform opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

Job Overview:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by properly washing and storing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role requires attention to detail, a high level of physical activity, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using a dishwasher or by hand
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including the dishwashing machine, sinks, and storage areas
Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly stored
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping and mopping the floor, taking out the trash, and cleaning surfaces as necessary
Assist with food preparation as needed
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive atmosphere by mixing and serving drinks to guests in the bar. This role requires a high level of product knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a prompt and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, washing glassware, and cleaning surfaces
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Accurately process transactions using a point-of-sale system
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have
Respond to guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Perform opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of a variety of drinks and drink preparation techniques
